H HerCalc Calculators

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-04-30

Short version: HerCalc does not collect, store, or transmit your menstrual data, weight, height, pregnancy details, or any other health input. The calculators run entirely in your browser. We use a privacy-respecting analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.

Information we collect

Health and calculator inputs

We do not collect any of the values you enter into our calculators. Last menstrual period, cycle length, weight, height, waist, hip, conception date, ultrasound CRL, IVF transfer date — none of it is sent to a server. All calculation happens client-side, in your browser, on your device. If you copy a result URL, the parameters live only in your URL bar; we don't see them.

Aggregated, cookieless analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages get traffic and where it comes from. This service:

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) maintains short-term server logs of HTTP requests for operational and security purposes. These logs are not joined with analytics data, are kept for a maximum of 30 days, and are not used to profile visitors.

Information we do NOT collect

How calculator results are stored

When you use a HerCalc calculator, your inputs may be encoded into the URL of the result page so the page can be reloaded or shared (e.g., ?lmp=2026-04-15&cycle=28). This URL lives in your browser; we do not log full URLs with personal parameters. If you bookmark or share a result URL, the parameters travel with that URL — handle accordingly.

Some tools may, with your permission, save preferences to your browser's localStorage so you don't have to re-enter your defaults every visit. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it from your browser settings at any time.

Cookies

HerCalc does not set tracking cookies. We do not require your consent for cookies because we don't use any.

Third-party services

Children's privacy

HerCalc is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has used HerCalc and you would like that flagged, please contact us — though as we don't store any health data, there is nothing to delete on our end.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we do not collect personally identifying data, most data-subject rights (right to access, delete, port) have no data to act upon. If you have specific concerns or believe we are storing data we should not be, contact hello@hercalc.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change our data-handling practices, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date. Material changes (e.g., adding a new analytics provider) will be noted on the homepage footer for at least 30 days.
